Good and healthy nutritional meal is very important to keep our skin looking nice and healthy. I gave up on chips because fat and greasy food causes spots and pimples to show on my face. Obviously when I meet my friends or partying, I’m not really actively refusing a few chips 😛 I think this it’s very important to realize what effects food has on you. Sometimes people have pimples after spicy food as well but what does your skin react to?
Cleanse the skin.
Cleansing your skin is very important especially before sleep. I heard that some girls don’t remove make up for the night. I can’t imagine going sleep with the make up on! I do not hide that make up during the day protect us from the dust and various pollutants but we have to remove it at the end of the day otherwise all those pollutants will be absorbed by our skin at night. The skin regenerates while we sleep so we have to prepare it the best we can for the night and help it relax so in the morning, the skin can be fresh and healthy.
Peeling helps us remove old epidermis . Use it ones or twice per week to help keeping beautiful and smooth skin. I can recommend Sea Sand Scrub from Spa Find. I am using it very often because it is a very good product and it’s based on natural ingredients.
Nourishes the skin.
It is very good to spend some time every week with a face mask on. The best time to do it is after face peeling. They moisturise very well and nourish the skin. Remember to always choose cosmetics for the type of your skin : normal, dry, oily, mixed, sensitive, acne and with discolourations.
